Description
A winged figure is set slightly above centre on an empty sheet. The body is hunched forward, knees bent, arms drawn around or close to the legs.
The torso and head carry a deeper reddish brown. The wings extend behind and above in pale yellow, gold, orange, and cream, thin enough to read as translucent, their edges softening until they disappear into the ground.
The palette holds to a narrow warm range throughout, golds and rust and cream against an off-white field with no setting.
The wings open wide while the body stays folded shut, and they dissolve at the edges rather than ending. Nothing indicates whether the figure is at rest or bracing. No signature.

The bracketed numbering is an operating-system duplicate convention, not the artist's naming. This is a separate composition, not a variant. Replace the title when the artist supplies a real one. PART OF A COHERENT GROUP OF FIVE One of five related files sharing identical dimensions of 3508 x 2480 landscape, a cream ground, a warm palette, soft translucent handling, and no signature. Each is a distinct composition. DIMENSIONS, STRONG INFERENCE 3508 x 2480 px is exactly A4 at 300 dpi, that is 297 x 210 mm. Either scanned from A4 paper or made on a digital canvas at that preset. Not asserted pending confirmation. WINGED FIGURES ACROSS THE COLLECTION Winged figures also appear in the Heaven series, specifically Heaven 6, Heaven 8, and Heaven 10. This sheet may belong to the thinking behind that series, or be preparatory to it, though it does not share the Heaven filename prefix and no such link should be recorded as fact. As with those records, no religious or art-historical tradition has been assigned here. Automated inspection of the Heaven files returned angels, cherubs, and Renaissance putti, all of which import a framing the artist has not given. The record states a winged figure and nothing more. The curled posture connects it to the folded figure in the face-within-a-face sheet in this same group, and to the self-embrace in Trauma and Noura12.
