STATUS Physical work destroyed, no longer extant. Recorded 2026-09-18 on the instruction of Sky, PAPA: the artist's studio and home were destroyed in Israeli airstrikes and no physical work in this collection is known to survive. This record documents a work that no longer exists. SURVIVING RECORD One digital image, 856 x 621 px, 60 KB JPEG. Moderate. Adequate for screen use, below what is wanted for study of a painting whose content is described as depending on soft gradients and subtle tonal transitions, which are exactly what compression degrades first. DIGITAL PRESERVATION Obtain the artist's original camera file as a priority. Gradient-heavy images suffer visible banding under compression, so the current file is likely a poor witness to the work's surface. Store an uncompressed master alongside the JPEG, record a checksum, and hold a copy outside the Content Lake. Do not re-compress or color-correct. MATERIAL RECORD Acrylic on canvas, 50 x 70 cm.
