Empty Body
Description
Empty Body is a painting that focuses on the absence of
existence within the body, appearing as a mold devoid of
life and purpose. The emptiness that surrounds it
symbolizes isolation and the loss of any internal trace.
The body may become a burden to the soul. This painting
challenges the traditional concept of the body, attempting
to convey the feeling of losing connection with both the
self and the surrounding reality.
Preservation Notes
Osama's works have all been destroyed since October 7 2023, during what is now termed one of the most departing modern day holocaust's of our generation. These latest sketches are all done on his laptop that he has managed to salvage, and uses it as so many in his circumstance as an artistic tool to create and keep creating his sketches and drawings.
